Room Mate Gran Filippo Hotel is located in the heart of the city of Rome, a stone's throw from the Piazza di Spagna. The architectural intervention has developed through a renovation transforming this structure into a hotel consisting of 6 floors and 2 basements that include 42 rooms for a total area of ​​about 2.900 sqm. The floors of the hotel have a large common area spread over more than 400 sqm of which fitness and spa, restaurant, meeting room, outdoor area and cocktail bar.
