The multifunctional tower designed in the city of Tyumen. The total height of the building is 125 m of which 11 floors are for hotels with 193 rooms, 2 floors are dedicated to the common area and the restaurant, 8 floors consisting of 48 apartments, 7 floors of offices of 8.925 sqm and 3 underground levels, each floor comprises an area of ​​1.275 sqm. The structure and appearance of the Multifunctional Tower was conceived with the idea of ​​movement and three-dimensionality. The peculiarity of the construction is the central shape which, like the telescope, allows a glimpse of the sky.
