The new office complex in Tyumen is the heart of a new futuristic district. The complex develops an area of ​​100,000 sqm. It consists of 4 towers for a total of 84,000 sqm, a multifunctional plate that includes the common parts distributed over 15,000 sqm, the underground car parks of 29.330 sqm, and the external ones of 6,530 sqm. The whole complex is inspired by the energy of the flame.
