The multifunctional complex located in the central part of the city in Tyumen. The building intervention will consist of 8 residential buildings and an office tower. The commercial part is 19.062 sqm, the residential part of 197.918 sq m and offices of 34.796 sqm. Particular attention is paid to the common areas that include the construction of a playground, parking lots and green areas spread over 32.432 smq. The design idea draws inspiration from a forest where the branching was conceived as the outer shell of the buildings that draw energy from the Tyumen soil and grow upwards, giving life to a primitive and technological architecture at the same time.
