The multifunctional complex located in an area near the city in Tyumen. The building intervention will consist of 16 residential buildings. The commercial part is about 1.000 sqm, the residential part is about 36.000 sqm. Particular attention is paid to the design of the common external areas that include playgrounds, green areas spread over 6 ha. The inspirational idea is a “file rouge” that become the most iconic sign in the masterplan drawing: this is a pedestrian and cycle path that connect all the residential courts and publica areas.
