The residential complex is located in an area near the city of Tyumen. The building intervention will consist of 1516 residential plots for villas spread over 200 ha. The inspirational idea for the masterplan design comes from the shape of a flower. The land is divided in petal-shaped sector. In the center of the flower will be located the common areas for inhabitants: a park with green and relax areas, small woods, sport facilities, pedestrian paths, a lake.
