The residential complex is located in an area near the city in Tyumen. The building intervention will consist of 292 residential plots for villas spread over 2 ha. The inspirational idea for the masterplan design comes from the shape of a flower. The land is divided in petal-shaped sector. In the center of the flower will be located the common areas for inhabitants: a park with green and relax areas, small woods, sport facilities, pedestrian paths, a lake.
