The project is located in the city of Tjumen. The footprint of the building is about 7.000 sqm. The new building is spread over five levels plus an underground level. In the basement there are the parking area and the technical area. At the ground floor there are the common areas that include service areas, bar and commercial areas; the upper levels are destinated to the office area. The building consist of two separated blocks connected from a internal courtyard at full height. The internal central court represent the concept of the “Square”, space for socialization and relax time. In this area are located many trees, flowerpots, benches and service to provide a healthy workplace to improve the well-being and productivity of office workers.
