The project is located in the city of Tjumen. The new building is spread over 22 levels plus an underground level. At the ground floor there are the common areas that include reception, service and relax areas; the upper levels are destinated to the offices. The building consist of three blocks: the that recall the shape of a Rock. At the ground floor, in the full height internal courtyard, are located many trees, flowerpots, benches and service to provide a healthy workplace to improve the well-being and productivity of office workers.
